What we collect

This website stores nothing about you and sends nothing behind the scenes. The callback box and the 60-second check both build a WhatsApp message on your own phone — we only ever receive what you choose to press send on, and it arrives as an ordinary WhatsApp from you.

What we use it for

One thing: contacting you back about your enquiry — debt mediation or debt review removal. What you send us on WhatsApp stays between you and us; we don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry details once the conversation ends. If you do, your information is kept as part of your client file for as long as the law requires us to keep records of the work.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email kyfinancesolutions@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
